Direction; Use morning and night, rubbing a small amount between palms to liquefy, then massaging gently all over the affected areas until balm is absorbed. Apply more generously on severe areas.

I recently visited the Cancer Clinic as Springfield, I was relieved to be told the spot on my chest was a keratosis, a benign skin lesion - thank goodness. It was still very itching, tender and very red with a crust. I then remembered that I had something similar on my forehead 2 years ago and applied 'recovery balm' and within 2 weeks it completely healed, so I did the same to the spot on my chest and withing 12 days it has almost disappeared. My family and friends couldn't believe it either. I wish I had taken a before and after photograph, but you'll just have to take my word for it. I have been going to Sang and using her beautiful products for many years I was never comfortable not wearing makeup as I had red blotchy skin with large pores on my nose and chin.
